Abstract:

To store the information of a visitor while executing acceptance processing.

When a visitor inserts a name card into a name card reader 19 of an accepting device 1, the name card reader 19 reads the information of the name card, and executes acceptance processing corresponding to the visitor based on the information of the name card and the information of the customer registered in a data base 21, and registers and updates the information of the name card in the data base 21. Also, the name card reader 19 acquires company information from the home page of a company based on the information of the name card, and classifies the business conditions of the company based on the company information, and registers the company information and the information indicating the business conditions in the data base 21. The registered company information is outputted as a CSV file as necessary.
