When an electronic mail is transmitted from a terminal, an inquiry for confirming the permission of advertisement distribution is sent from a mail server MSV to the portable terminal MS1 of a transmission source. The answer of a transmission source user to this inquiry is judged by the server MSV. When the answer indicates agreement of the advertisement distribution, the server MSV adds an advertisement attachment guide for confirming the permission of the advertisement reception to the electronic mail text and distributes this electronic mail to the portable terminal MS3 of a transmission destination. Then, the transmission destination user returns and answer of agreeing the reception of an advertisement to the advertisement attachment guide, the mail server MSV gives an advertisement distribution instruction to advertiser servers DS1 to DSi, and thereby the advertisement information is distributed to the terminal MS3 of the transmission destination.
