Title:
AUTOMATIC CHARGE CONTROL METHOD FOR CONVEYER SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2694793
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allocate a conveyer operation in response to a load state of the operation in a conveyer system by transmitting a charge stop command to a conveyer truck for charging outside the system by a controller.
CONSTITUTION: A battery is charged by a charger in steps S4 and S5 to a conveyer truck in which a battery current becomes a current Al or less difficult to perform a conveying operation in steps S1 and S2. A controller judges whether the battery current becomes a charge complete current A2 or not by a step S6. When the current is less than the current A2, the truck checks presence/absence of transmission of a charge suspension command from the controller by a step S7. When the charge suspension command is transmitted, the battery current is measured, whether it is a charge interrupt allowance current A3 or not is judged by a step S8, the truck in which the current is less than the A3, is subsequently charged in the battery, the truck in which the current is A2 or A3 or more is finished to be charged, and waits for allocation of the conveying from the controller.
