Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-breaking blade structure of a bag breaking machine which is such a simple structure that the need of any special bag-melting means such as heater, can be eliminated, and has increased bag breaking power and also is capable of efficiently and surely performing separation of a bag from waste containers and reducing noise due to bag breaking or bag removal.
SOLUTION: The bag breaking machine having this bag-breaking blade structure is used for breaking a bag which contains waste containers such as bottles, cans and plastic bottles, and is supplied to a bag-breaking space on a moving body having a rotor subjected to rotary driving, and separating the bag from the waste containers. The bag-breaking blade structure is provided with: a support the one end of which is fixed to the moving body; and longitudinal blades each of which is placed on the free end side of the support, almost parallel to the movement direction of the moving body and has an edge for shredding the bag by movement of the moving body to break the bag.
