Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony partition wall with a storage section, which can store a long material therein, does not damage the entire design of an apartment house, and has high reliability in securement of an evacuation passage in an emergency.
SOLUTION: The balcony partition wall for the apartment house is constituted of a wall-type storage 4 which is fixed to the building via a release mechanism 2 and slidably supported by an upper guide rail 6 and a lower guide rail 5. Therefore by activating the release mechanism 2, the partition wall is stored in a storage space S formed in a side surface of a building skeleton, to thereby form the evacuation passage.
