The beverage brewer includes a cylinder 5 with an opening 16 formed in the center of its upper end; a raw material chute 2 provided to be movable between a position in which the raw materials are put into the cylinder 5 from the opening 16, with a raw material port 2b facing the opening 16, and a position in which the raw material port 2b is located away from the opening and outside the cylinder 5; and a hot water supply nozzle 3 provided to be movable between a position in which the nozzle is inserted into the cylinder 5 through the opening 16 when the raw material chute 2 is located away from the opening 16, and a position in which the nozzle is located away from the opening 16 and outside the cylinder 5 when the raw material port 2b of the raw material chute 2 is in a position facing the opening 16.
