To prepare a disposal goods and the like perfectly decomposable by a microorganism, sunlight or the like with time by uniformly mixing a vegetable raw material powder obtained by crushing a vegetable raw material such as a rice hull with bran of grain such as rice bran or the like thereby giving a mixed material and subjecting this mixed material to pressure molding into a vessel having a predetermined shape.
A mixed material is preferably composed of 60-75 wt.% of a vegetable raw material and 40-25 wt.% of bran, each in a state of crushed powder of 30-400 mesh. Desirably, the vegetable raw material powder is selected among hulls, bamboos, sugar canes, straws, pulp and mixed powders of at least two of these. The mixed material are molded under the conditions of a temperature of 140-180°C, a pressure of 10-80 kg/cm2 and a molding time of 3-40 sec. Preferably, a woven fabric and/or a nonwoven fabric composed of a biodegradable substance is added to the mixed material.
