Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to easily replace a brake fluid or remove the air contained therein for himself/herself by providing a device for repeating a brake pedal pressing operation, a suction device for recovering a brake fluid at negative pressure and two switches for turning on and off the devices.
SOLUTION: A brake fluid replacement device 1 is driven so that a vacuum chamber 4 internally comes to have high vacuum through a control part 5, when a first switch 6 is turned on. In this state, a second switch is turned on, thereby causing the vacuum chamber 4 to internally have low vacuum. Concurrently with the drive of the vacuum chamber 4, the drive of an air cylinder 10 to form a pedal pressing device 2 is started and, then, a piston 10a repeats advance and retreat from the air cylinder 10. According to this construction, one worker can remove the air contained in a brake fluid for himself/herself.
