PURPOSE: To provide a bus connecting method and a bus connecting circuit which can use the software or the algorithm developed by an existing information processing system also to another information processing system which is newly connected without correcting the software and the form of the existing information processing system.
CONSTITUTION: A logical module 11-j issues B bus access to set a flip-flop 12 before 8 bus access is issued to a 1st common bus 1.00. Then, a control circuit 13 sets the flip-flop 12 when a bus acquiring state signal. 32 of a bus conflict control circuit 1.4 which arbitrates the bus 1.00 shows an unused state of the bus 1.00. The circuit 13 discontinues the arbitrating operation of the circuit 14 with a state signal 22. So that the module 11-j can acquire the access right to the bus 1.00.
