Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid distortion by absorbing an error in jointing.
SOLUTION: In the skeleton of a bus, the lower part of a side pillar 11 and the end part of a floor cross member 22 in a cross direction are respectively jointed to a floor member 12 in the proceeding direction of the bus. A gusset 23 with a horizontal part 23a is jointed to the floor member 12, and the horizontal part 23a is formed in cross-sectional form of the same shape and size as the floor cross member 22. The horizontal part 23a and floor cross member 22 are jointed through a connecting member 24. The horizontal part 23a and floor cross member 22 are respectively formed in inverted hat shaped cross section. The side pillar 11 has a top part 11a and a pair of side parts 11b, and the top part 11a is jointed to the floor member 12 so as to be opened toward the floor cross member 22. A pair of vertical parts 23b overlapped with the side parts 11b are formed at the gusset 23, and the vertical parts 23b are jointed to the side parts 11b. The side pillar 11 is formed in hat shaped cross section provided with first flange parts 11c, and second flange parts 23c that can be overlapped with the first flange parts 11c are formed at the gusset 23 to joint the gusset 23 to the side pillar 11.
