Abstract:
To provide a cell in which a first chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and a second CAR are co-expressed on a cell surface, in which each CAR includes an antigen binding domain, an antigen binding domain of the first CAR binds to CD19, and an antigen binding domain of the second CAR binds to CD22.SOLUTION: A cell can be an immune effector cell such as a T-cell or a natural killer (NK) cell. The properties regarding T-cell cited in this specification equally applies to other immune effector cells such as the NK cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
