Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic inspection method and an evacuation system, capable of shortening the characteristic inspection time.
SOLUTION: An evacuation step 73 is a pre-process in inspecting the characteristic of a finished control valve 2. A characteristic inspection step 74 is a step for inspecting the characteristic of the control valve 2. In a pre-process before the evacuation step 73, the control valve 2 is disposed in an oil 11 in a container part 12 of the evacuation device 3. A doorway of the container part 12 is closed with a door so that the internal space 13 is sealed up. The internal space 13 inside the container part 12 is intermittently provided with a negative pressure by intermittently operating a vacuum pump 53. Thereafter, the characteristic of the control valve 2 is inspected in the characteristic inspection step 74.
