After electroless plating is applied to the entire magnetic substance material molding 3, the resist agent 11 is removed and a electroless plating film 12 is left in a prescribed area to form the external electrode 4a and 4b. After the surface of the area to form the external electrodes 4a and 4b on the magnetic substance material molding 3 is made rough by a medium blasting method for blasting a medium (granule), electroless plating is applied to the entire magnetic substance material molding 3.
