Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chucking device capable of chucking even in the case of providing a protrusion or the like in a workpiece internal peripheral surface, and capable of preventing infiltration of liquid of a photosensitive member in this internal peripheral surface by sealing hermetically a pipe inside thereof.
SOLUTION: A disk 10 fixing a solvent resistant elastic member 10a to a lower surface is provided around a chuck shaft 6 in the upward of a link type chuck 8 opening/closing an arm 8a in a radial direction, and an upper end of an element pipe 1 is pressed to this elastic member 10a by chucking action, so as to provide a mechanism capable of sealing hermetically a pipe inside in the upper end of the element pipe 1 by fixedly holding an attitude of the element pipe 1. The pressure contact of the arm 8a with a position avoiding a protrusion 1b in an internal peripheral surface of the element pipe 1 enables chucking without be affected by the protrusion.
