Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unique fragrance which is demarcated and different from refreshing fragrance of conventional essential oil of citron using fruit and pericarp of citron by using flower of citron which is not recognized as a raw material of the essential oil as a raw material.SOLUTION: Citron flower oil extracted from citron flower is provided to extract fragrance in the flowering of the citron farm as essential oil. Myrtenol and phenylacetaldehyde are contained as components in the citron flower oil, and myrtenol, phenylacetaldehyde, ketol and cis-jasmone are contained as components of essential oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
