Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device and the like that eliminate the accumulation of toner on the periphery of a cleaning blade and appropriately replace the accumulating toner.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 16 of the present invention includes: a cleaning roller 21 that comes into contact with the surface of a photoreceptor drum 11 from above to rotate so as to remove a residual toner attached to the surface of the photoreceptor drum 11; a cleaning blade 22 that scrapes off the residual toner on the downstream side in the direction of rotation of the photoreceptor drum 11 with respect to the cleaning roller 21; a toner recovery body 23 that recovers the residual toner stored in a housing 20; a toner break-down member 24 that is disposed on the upper side of the cleaning blade 22 to cover a blade edge 32 to break down the residual toner accumulated on the blade edge 32; and a displacement mechanism 25 that displaces the toner break-down member 24 in the vertical direction.
