The substrate inside is composed of the structure of hard phases composed of one or more kinds selected from the carbides, carbon nitrides and carbon oxygen nitrides with 1 to 10μm particle size of Zr and/or Hf, the multiple carbides and/or multiple carbon nitrides of two or more kinds of elements selected from the groups 4a, 5a and 6a elements and WC and bonding phases composed of ferrous metal.
