PURPOSE: To prevent a vacuum pack breakage caused by pressure fluctuation by stably maintaining the opening of a temp. adjusting valve in a cooking room, and providing an air introducing member capable of setting a room pressure a little higher than a saturation pressure due to a set temp. in the cooking room in an air introducing pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A temp. adjustment mechanism 75 is provided between a cooking room 11 and a temp. adjusting valve 24 in a steam pipe 15 to control the opening and closing of the valve 24 for temp. adjustment in the cooking room 11. In a continuous operation of a vacuum suction device 40, a vacuum degree adjusting valve 49 in a vacuum drawing pipe 4 7 adjusts the opening thereof for stable maintenance of the opening of the temp. adjusting valve 24. An air introducing pipe 70 is provided with an air introducing needle valve 72 capable of setting a room pressure a little higher than a saturation pressure due to the set temp. in the cooking room 11. Thus, accuracy in the range of the set temp. in the room is improved, and the breakage of a pack caused by pressure fluctuation can be prevented.
