In the first inspection part 70, an image on the linear feeder 20 is taken continuously by the first camera 30, and the taken images are processed, and thereby arrival of a workpiece W is detected, and the front/back side of the workpiece is discriminated, and, if the workpiece W is placed downward, air is blown out from the first air blowout part 35 to send back the workpiece W to a return shoot 50. In the second inspection part 71, the image of the workpiece W moving on the linear feeder 20 is taken by the second camera 31, and the taken image is processed, and thereby arrival of the workpiece W is detected, and the quality of the workpiece is detected, and, if the workpiece W is a defective product, air is blown out from the second air blowout part 36 to send the workpiece W to a defective product storing box 51.
