Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, capable of raising the blood flow rate by excellent massaging effects and excellent in preventing and therapeutic effects on periodontosis by including a granular common salt having a specific average grain diameter in a specific proportion therein.
SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by formulating (A) 3-15wt.% granular common salt having 700-1,400μm, preferably 800-1,200μm average grain diameter with, as necessary, (B) 5-30wt.% sodium bicarbonate having 30-500μm average particle diameter, granular common salt having the grain diameter other than that in the ingredient A, 15-40wt.% common salt in the form other than that in the ingredient A such as a solutionlike common salt, a humectant, a binder, a dentine reinforcing agent, a germicide, enzymes, an antiinflammatory agent, a blood circulation promoter, a surfactant, a sweetener, a colorant, coloring matters, a perfume, etc. The resultant composition can be used as, e.g. a toothpaste, a tooth powder or a gingival local liniment.
