While a rear case member 32 having a bulge part 32a for covering the element installation surface of a main control board 21 is fixed to the rear surface of a base member 41, a pair of side function parts 53 which are parallel along a sliding direction and provided with a reinforcing rib 53c and a connection wall 53d are raised on the front surface of a caulking cover member 42. By guiding the facing surfaces of the side function parts 53 and 53 by the outer peripheral surface of the bulge part 32a and sliding the bulge part 32a while fitting it between the side function parts 53 and 53, the caulking cover member 42 is assembled to the base member 41 so as to cover the rear case member 32.
