Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crank hole processing device having high versatility.SOLUTION: A crank hole processing device (10) comprises a processing difference calculation unit (1a), a rotation speed dynamic rigidity relationship calculation unit (1b), and a rotation speed selection unit (1c). The processing difference calculation unit (1a) calculates a ratio Kc1/Kc2 of specific cutting resistance at dissimilar material processing points (W3a and W3b) by using specific cutting resistances Kc1 and Kc2. The rotation speed dynamic rigidity relationship calculation unit (1b) calculates a relationship between a rotation speed of a boring tool (3a) and a dynamic rigidity value in an X-direction, and a relationship between the rotation speed of the boring tool (3a) and a dynamic rigidity value in a Y-direction. The rotation speed selection unit selects a rotation speed so that a ratio Vx/Vy of the dynamic rigidity value in the X-direction of the boring tool (3a) and the dynamic rigidity value in the Y-direction are substantially equal to an inverse number Kc2/Kc1 of the ratio Kc1/Kc2 of the specific cutting resistance at the dissimilar material processing points (W3a and W3b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
