This crime prevention system is provided with an electric appliance in a dwelling building, a product called as multi-media, a product group constituted of movable products, various detectors 120 for detecting a temperature and moisture or the invasion of a person, a communication line for connecting the appliance in the dwelling building to a communication network, a main controller 103 for intensively managing and controlling the product group, the various detectors and the communication line, a storage device 101 for storing information used by the main controller for control and an input device 102 for inputting an instruction to the main controller. This crime prevention system is also provided with a pattern learning device 104 having a learning means for learning the ways of use of every product group and information from the various detectors and a recording means for recording information from the learning means in the storage device.
