Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool fixing structure having reproducibility.SOLUTION: The cutting tool fixing structure is configured such that a cylindrical sleeve 10 is fixed to an installation part formed in a tool holder 30 of a cutter holder 1, and a cutting tool 6 having a shaft center is fixed to the cutter holder 1 in its inserted state into the sleeve 10. The sleeve 10 includes an inner surface having a circular section and an outer surface having an even number of polygonal sections, distances from the center of a circle constituting the inner surface to a plurality of planes of the outer surface orthogonal when seen in a radial direction are set as different adjustment distances, the tool holder 30 has a reference surface installed in the installation part, in which the specific plane of the sleeve outer surface is set in a positioning direction, and the cutting tool 6 is fixed to the cutter holder 1 via the sleeve 10 in the state of being positioned by aligning the specific plane with the reference plane of the tool holder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
