PURPOSE: To execute an objective data processing without fail by dividing two neural layers at least into neural cells including one neuron in each at least, and providing the neuron included in each neural cell from being linked to the neuron of the other neural cell.
CONSTITUTION: Each neural cell is NC composed of the plural neural layers and each neural layer is constituted by parallelly providing plural neurons N. In this example, neurons NR of the respective neural layers are coupled to all the neurons NR of the adjacent neural layers. Namely, the output of an n-th neural layer is inputted to the (n+1)th neural layer and input data are successively processed by the neural layers so as to obtain the final output. Thus, since the input data are divided and separately processed corresponding to the kind or character, etc., of the data and data with different quality are not processed by one processing system, the prescribed processing is executed without fail.
