Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a depilator having high depilating efficiency, wherein hairs which are lying down are raised up to easily admit them into the depilator.
CONSTITUTION: A pulling-out means, which is opened and closed to grip hairs and which rotates or pivots to pull out the hairs, is provided. The means is constituted from a stationary claw 31B which is immovable in a rotating or pivoting direction of an axis and a movable claw 32 which is movable, so that the claw 32 is projected forwardly of the claw 31B in the rotating or pivoting direction. By the movement of the movable claw 32 in the axial direction to grip hairs, the hairs are effectively collected so as to be admitted into gaps between the claw 32 and claw 31B, whereby the hairs are gripped by the claw 32 and claw 31B so that the hairs are pulled out by the rotation or the pivoting of the claw 32.
