Pins 5 that are slightly smaller in diameter than the through holes 6 are inserted from the upper side of the through holes 6 so that their lower ends may project from the lower surface of the jig 7 because of their self-weights. A flange 8 larger in diameter than the through hole 6 is formed in the upper part of the pin 5 to regulate the quantity of projection of the pin 5.
