A jig 7 provided with a plurality of through holes 6 corresponding to pad electrodes is provided on the bottom of a transfer tool 19 that is a square container having a space inside. Pins 5 that are slightly smaller in diameter than the through holes 6 are inserted from the upper side of the through holes 6 so that their lower ends may project from the lower surface of the jig 7 because of their self-weights. A flange 8 larger in diameter than the through hole 6 is formed in the upper part of the pin 5 to regulate the quantity of projection of the pin 5. An air supply passage 19a connecting to an air supply device is provided in the upper part of the transfer tool 19.
