This method for producing the die-casting formed product 100 having a boss part 105 is provided with a cavity forming process, in which the cavity C is formed so as to insert an undercut-like tapered part 53 in an insert pin 50 into a round-shaped recessed part C2 for forming the outer shape portion of the boss part 105 formed in the die M, a material filling-up process, in which a molten metallic material is filled up into the cavity C, a cooling and solidifying process, in which the molten metallic material is cooled and solidified, and a hollow-cylindrical part forming process, in which the inner surface shape of the boss part 105 is formed by pulling out the tapered part 53 of the insert pin 50 from the boss part 105.
