PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of forming a contact region and increasing an aperture ratio without using an organic light-emitting layer removal step, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electronic apparatus including such a display device.SOLUTION: The display device comprises a plurality of first electrodes, a metal member provided around the first electrode, and an insulating layer having a first opening on the first electrode and a second opening on the metal member. The display device also comprises an organic light-emitting layer provided on a surface including a bottom surface of the first opening except for the whole or a part of a bottom surface of the second opening and a partition arranged in contact with a part of the bottom surface of the second opening and at least one insulating layer and formed in a step different from the insulating layer. The display device further includes a contact region which is a part of the bottom surface of the second opening and a second electrode in contact with a portion just above the bottom surface of the first opening in the organic light-emitting layer.
