Abstract:
To provide a highly reliable display device.SOLUTION: A display device is provided, comprising: a substrate having a recess formed on a top surface thereof; a lower conductive layer provided in the recess; an insulating layer disposed on the substrate to correspond to the lower conductive layer, the insulating layer having a contact hole; an upper conductive layer provided on the insulating layer and connected to the lower conductive layer via the contact hole; a thin-film transistor disposed on the substrate, the thin-film transistor including a semiconductor layer and a gate electrode disposed on the semiconductor layer; and a display element connected to the thin-film transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
