PURPOSE: To provide a door trim for an automobile which is excellent in assembling workability and by which sharp weight reduction and cost reduction can be attained.

CONSTITUTION: In a door trim for an automobile where a window glass sealing weather strip 2 is installed in a garnish part of a door trim main body l, the weather strip 2 integrally forms a lip part 22 composed of soft synthetic resin in a main body part 21 in which a connecting boss 24 is formed on an under surface of a collar-shaped fixing plate 23 and which is composed of hard synthetic resin. This weather strip 2 is installed on the door trim main body l by putting the connecting boss part 24 on an under surface of the collar-shaped fixing plate 23 in a condition of being engaged with and fixed to an installing hole 5 arranged in the garnish part.
