PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-structure pleats-shaped screen device and its manufacture in a short time at a low cost regardless of the thickness and/or nature of a screen material so far as the screen material can be machined into the pleats shape.
SOLUTION: Screens 12 integrally formed into a pleats shape having an optional length are arranged face to face for manufacturing a double-structure pleats-shaped screen device. Connecting members 14-1, 14-2 for connecting the screens 12 are suspended between the insides of the mating screens 12. An operation or guide cord is inserted into nearly the centers of the connecting members 14-1, 14-2. The connecting members 14-1, 14-2 are pinched between the mating screens 12 after the connecting members 14-1, 14-2 are suspended between the insides of the mating screens 12, and the screens 12 are folded, hot-pressed, and firmly fixed in this state.
