PURPOSE: To make it possible to maintain normal tumbling motion without generating the growth of an adhesion substance on an inner wall surface, by lining the inner wall of a mixer main body shell with a hard rubber lining layer in such a state that a space is interposed to at least one part between said shell and the lining layer.
CONSTITUTION: A hard rubber lining layer 3 is provided with respect to the inner wall surface of the shell 1 of a mixer main body through support ribs 2 and a space 4 is formed between the shell 1 and the lining layer 3. Because this lining layer 3 is excellent in elasticity, vibration is imparted to the lining layer 3 by the falling impact of the stock material in a mixer due to the tumbling thereof and, because the space 4 is especially present, the impact force of falling energy due to the tumbling of the stock material is converted to large vibration and the adhesion of the stock material is well prevented. By this mechanism the normal tumbling motion of the stock material is carried out to strenghten the formation of a false particle.
