To provide a UV/moisture dual cure-type curable composition for FPD (Flat Panel Display) sticking, which is rapidly curable by light without causing a portion not exposed to the light to be left uncured, and is improved in liquid crystal display unevenness when cured.

The light/moisture dual cure-type curable composition for FPD sticking includes: a compound (A) having at least one hydrolyzable silyl in one molecule on average; a compound (B) having at least one polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond in one molecule on average; a photopolymerization initiator (C); and a curing catalyst (D). When the composition is cured with UV and moisture, the elastic modulus of the resulting cured product is 0.4 MPa or less, and the cure shrinkage ratio thereof is 1.0% or less.
