PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture, to improve reliability and sealing performance and to increase the mechanical strength of an exterior member and energy density by providing a member different from an electrochemical element or a terminal provided in a film-like exterior member near its hole section and an exterior member closing the hole section and different from the exterior member having the hole section.
SOLUTION: A circular hole 13 is provided on a negative electrode side exterior member 5, and an exterior member 17 different from the negative electrode side exterior member 5 and formed with a member 16 (angular block made of polytetrafluoroethylene) and a heat fusion layer 18 made of aluminum is provided. When the exterior member 17 is heat-fused to the negative electrode side exterior member 5, it closes the hole 13. An electrolyte is gently injected into a laminate exterior container from the portion between the member 16 and the negative electrode side exterior member 5, the exterior member 17 is arranged on the hole 13 after the injection is completed, and the hole 13 is closed by heat fusion when pressure is vertically applied and only the upper section is heated for a short time.
