Abstract:
To improve conductivity of an electrode sheet.
The electrode sheet 100 has an electrode material 108 containing an electrode active material held by a collector 311c. The collector 311c includes a sheet-shaped base material 102 and intermediate layers 104, 106 arranged on a surface of the base material 102. The intermediate layers 104, 106 have a laminated structure where a first film 104 made of conductive metal and a second film 106 made of metallic carbide are interposed in this order on the surface of the base material 102. Then, the electrode material 108 is held on the second film 106.
