A ceramic capacitor 10 includes a ceramic capacitor element 11 and a metal terminal 12. The ceramic capacitor element 11 includes a pair of terminal electrodes 22. The metal terminals 12, connected respectively to the pair of terminal electrodes 22, comprises: an electrode connection part 31 connected to the terminal electrodes 22; an external connection part 32 connected to board electrodes 14A and 14B and disposed so as to face a dielectric element body 21; an intermediate part 33 disposed between the electrode connection part 31 and the external connection part 32 so as to have gaps between a lower face of the ceramic capacitor element 11 and the external connection part 32 and between the terminal electrodes 22 disposed on the side faces of the width direction of the ceramic capacitor element 11; and a folded back part 34 to connect the electrode connection part 31 and the intermediate part 33.
