PURPOSE: To prevent noises from leaking out of a circuit board and a connecting metal piece from being deformed by an external force by a method wherein the connecting metal piece is made to extend adjacent to the opening of a cartridge case, a connecting metal section electrically connected to a shield member is provided to a connector on an electronic equipment main body side, and the connecting metal piece and the connecting metal section are brought into contact with each other to be electrically connected together.

CONSTITUTION: A cartridge case is divided into longitudinal halves, and a rectangular connecting piece 18 extending downwards is provided to the lateral lower end of the bottom wall of a rear shield case 17 out of the divided halves. A rectangular connecting piece 22 formed by cut and lift is provided to the lateral ends of the longitudinal side walls 21b and 21c of a connector shield frame on a game main body side. When a connector 20 is inserted into the opening 11 of a game cartridge 3, the connecting piece 18, which extends from the rear shield case 17 that covers the circuit region 15a of a circuit board 15 keeping in contact with a grounding wiring section, is electrically connected to a shield member coming into contact with the connecting piece 22 provided upright to the connector shield frame on a connector 20 side and kept at a grounding potential in common.
