PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who come to a platform to grasp a door open status of a riding basket and to take in peace.SOLUTION: A group control governing system 10 comprises a notice unit 11, a platform person information acquisition unit 12 and a door open extension unit 13. The notice unit 11 notices door open time of a riding basket arrived at the platform. The platform person information acquisition unit 12 acquires platform person information about the person on the platform. The door open extension unit 13 extends the door open time of the riding basket on the basis of the platform person information provided by the platform person information acquisition unit 12, and reflects to the door open time noticed by the notice unit 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
