Abstract:

To provide an ESD protection device for a programmable device which can prepare a current route of low impedance for preventing a damage to an integrated circuit caused by the ESD.

The ESD protection device for the programmable device comprises an ESD protector, programmable device, first circuit, second circuit, and third circuit. The device can improve turn-on efficiency, and it can efficiently reduce an area of chip front surface by forming the current route of low impedance which can fully lower a voltage of the programmable device when the ESD occurs.
