PURPOSE: To provide a useful device for persons who can not carry out the self control of the excretion disposal, such as old persons always in bed or serious psychosomatic disorder patients.

CONSTITUTION: A suction type diaper cover is applied onto a patient in a bed, and when an excretion sensor operates, the suction removal for the patient's excrement, washing of the private parts by warm water, and the drying of the private parts by warm air are carried out. The suction type diaper cover consists of an outside cover 1a which is formed to a pants form covering almost all the patient's waist, buttocks, and anus and is made of the material for resisting the proper pressurization and decompression, soft inner cover 1b which is closely attached on the skin, and a cushion material layer 2 therebetween. In the vicinity of the anus, the excretion sensor 6, suction port 3 for excrement, warm water and warm air blow-out ports 4, and an air blow port 5 for the inner cover and the cushion material layer are provided.
