Abstract:
PURPOSE:To extract the data of a channel in a designated range at a high speed by providing a direct memory access controller for controlling so as to directly carry out an input and an output of the data to a memory means without using a CPU. CONSTITUTION:A direct memory access controller 14 transmits the contents of a memory stack 12 to a latch converter 28. Then, a down counter 22 receiving a start channel number from the first register 18 starts a counting down. The first digital comparator 24 receiving the number of the start channel from the second register 18 compares it with the output of the counter 22. When it coincides with the number of the set start channel, a coincidence output 63 is outputted, a timing circuit 30 outputs a timing signal 65 to latch the data on a bus 50 to be extracted in a latch comparator 28. If required, a code conversion is performed and the extracted data is mounted on the bus 50 and stored in the memory 12.
