To properly interrupt the backup power supply of a flash memory.
A power supply circuit, which controls the supply of an operation voltage to a flash memory and a memory controller that controls access to the flash memory, includes: input charge means that is charged by an externally supplied input voltage; voltage adjustment means that adjusts either the input voltage or a charge voltage of the input charge means, which is higher, to the operation voltage and outputs it; voltage detection means that detects that the input voltage is lower than a first set value; supply determination means that, if it is detected that the input voltage is lower than the first set value, determines whether or not to stop power supply on the basis of the operation state of the flash memory; and operation control means that, if it is determined that the power supply is to be stopped, outputs a stop instruction signal for stopping the operation, to the voltage adjustment means.
