PURPOSE: To easily program an automation line even if a small quantity and many kinds of products are flowed in the same manufacturing line, by incorporating an ROM part storing a product control information and a P-ROM part for a user, in its pellet.

CONSTITUTION: In a pellet 2, an ROM2 for a product control information and a P-ROM3 for a user are incorporated. When a clock is provided to a bonding pad 8 for inputting a clock, an address of an address generating part 1 is updated by fall of the clock. When the address is updated, contents of the ROM2 are outputted from a bonding pad 9 for outputting a clock while the clock is L, and contents of the P-ROM3 are outputted while the clock is H. Information of the ROM2 is formed when a semiconductor is manufactured. Also, the contents of the P-ROM3 are formed in order that additional information is written after the semiconductor manufacturing process, and also a user is able to write and erase freely.
