In the flexible network system where nodes are connected in a hierarchical structure and the nodes are connected and disconnected, each node is provided with a collected information storage means and a distribution information storage means, when the node has a lower layer node, the node has a lower layer node compatible means that stores information sent from the lower layer node to the collected information storage means and distributes the information stored in the distribution information storage means to the lower layer node, and when the node has a higher layer node, the node is provided with a control means that transfers the information stored in the collected information storage means to the higher layer node, receives information from the higher layer node to update the information stored in the distribution information storage means, and when the node has no higher layer node, the node is provided with a control means that allows the lower layer compatible means to conduct the limited operations above.
