To provide a product made from soybean, that can be used in solid food such as cake.SOLUTION: Provided are: a formable lactic acid fermented soybean product obtained by fermenting a pulverized soybean product that does not exhibit fluidity with lactic acid bacterium; a lactic acid fermented soybean product that is subjected to retort treatment, is gluten free, and also is low in saccharide; and a lactic acid fermented soybean product in which the pulverized soybean product is any of soybean whole grain powder, water dispersion thereof (Go), soybean milk refuse (Okara), dried Okara, and soybean milk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
