PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide three-dimensionally formed fabric excellent in fabric hand and durability and a process for producing 4 three-dimensionally formed fabric product at low costs in high productivity.
SOLUTION: The fabric layer 85 having a printed pattern 85, a foam 87 and a fibrous material 88 to which a plastic film is laminated on its one surface are positioned and stacked on the elastic sheet 86. While the foam 87 is in a viscoelastic fluid state, the fabric 85, the foam 87, the fibrous material 88 and the elastic sheet 86 are integrally compressed for a certain time by the top and bottom forces 80, 82. As a result, the foam 87 is fixed to the back surface of the fabric 85 and three-dimensionally formed in conformity to the contour of the printing pattern to support the three-dimensionally printed pattern. The plastic film of the fibrous material 88 is fixed to the foam 7 all over the surface and only the periphery of the fibrous material 88 is fused to the back surface of the fabric 85 by after-heating. Resultingly, the foam 87 is perfectly enclosed between the fabric layer and the fibrous material layer.
