To secure a scaffold which is used in cleaning of a windshield and the like by arranging a step, which opens/closes a running wind inlet formed on the bumper face and can be developed substantially horizontally toward the bumper front side, and forming a louver, which guides the running window to a radiator, on the step.
A running wind inlet 4 is arranged in the central part of a bumper face, and a straightening recess 5 gathering the running wind toward the inlet 4 is formed. A step 6 opening/closing the inlet 4 is arranged, while a louver 7 guiding the running wind to a radiator is formed in the step 6. When the step 6 is developed in front of the bumper face for use, it is hooked on the lower edge of the inlet 4, so that a substantially horizontal scaffold is formed. Therefore, cleaning work of a windshield and the like can be carried out efficiently by stepping on the step 6. In an unused time, the step 6 is turned upward so as to be stored in the position, in which the step 6 covers the running wind inlet 4 opened on the bumper face, so as to function as a louver 7 guiding the running wind to the radiator.
