Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency of an installation space and enable layout of a flexible production line so as to improve productivity.SOLUTION: A full automatic drill device 1 includes: a workpiece carrying-in region 2 for carrying in a workpiece W1; a workpiece machining region 3 for machining the workpiece W1; a workpiece carrying-out region 4 for carrying out a workpiece W2; and a carrying clamp device 5 for carrying the workpieces W (W1, W2) from the workpiece carrying-in region 2 to the workpiece carrying-out region 4 through the workpiece machining region 3. The full automatic drill device further includes a carrying-in/carrying-out robot 6 which carries in the workpiece W1 from a prescribed carrying-in side pallet 210 to the workpiece carrying-in region 2 and carries out the workpiece W2 carried up to the workpiece carrying-out region 4 by the carrying clamp device 5 from the workpiece carrying-out region 4 to a prescribed carrying-out side pallet 220.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
