Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolving apparatus enhancing a gas dissolving efficiency at a low cost and energy in a simple structure by providing: a pump for supplying liquid; a gas dissolving passage provided in a liquid passage on the downstream of the pump; a liquid control passage connected to the upper part of the gas dissolving passage and having its lower part connected to a treatment device; a first gas mixture means for mixing gas into liquid on the upstream of a liquid inflow part at the lower part of the gas dissolving passage; and a gas circulation system for supplying pressurized gas at the upper part of the liquid control passage to the first gas mixture means.
SOLUTION: This gas dissolving apparatus X dissolves gas in liquid treated by the treatment device Y. The apparatus comprises: the gas dissolving passage 3 vertically disposed with respect to the liquid passage 1 on the downstream of the pump 2 for supplying liquid; and the liquid control passage 6 connected to the upper part of the passage 3, having a liquid outlet 5 connected to the device Y at the lower part thereof, and vertically disposed. The apparatus also comprises: the first gas mixture means 7 for mixing gas into liquid on the upstream of the liquid inflow part and at the lower part of the passage 3 and a gas circulation passage 8 for supplying pressurized gas at the upper part of the passage 6 to the first gas mixture means 7.
